Our Zhongcun Assembly facility manufactures commercial, architectural and lighting fixtures and sub-assemblies. Products assembled here range from die cast aluminum commercial grade HID luminaires to premium quality wrought iron chandeliers. We have 11 cellular-structured assembly lines which enable us to run short production runs with ease and switch over from product to product quickly. This allows us to manufacture many different product types in the same facility at one time.

We also have a machining and model making group within this assembly shop. This shop is staffed with highly skilled professional sample makers, providing rapid sampling capability for all Target lighting projects. The machining shop services our model making operations as well as providing machined parts as necessary to our production lines. In our Zhongcun Assembly Facility we also produce multi-step hand painting and dust-free wet spray paint finishes, as well as various chemical dips (such as bronze and verde) to provide a wide variety of decorative finishes for our lighting products.

Large equipment/metalworking operations: Target's Amada turret presses, laser cutter, press brakes and CNC shear are located in this facility.

Additionally, we have deep draw and large spinning capability on-site, for production of large spun and drawn parts. Please let us know in advance if you are especially interested in seeing any of these operations during your visit.

Lighting Products Testing: In our Lighting Fixture Test Laboratory, we perform thermal testing on lighting fixtures to assist our clients in determining fixtures' design viability for National Certifications.

We are a contract manufacturer: all our fixtures and parts are proprietary to our clients. We take intellectual property very seriously; our in-house design and production engineering units have rigorous procedures to segregate and store design-specific information.
