- Handles wet spray, hand painting and chemical wash finishing for
decorative lighting parts and fixtures.
- Performs thermal testing to assist our clients in determining fixtures'
design viability for National Certifications.

- Manufacturing space: 160,000 square meters. Employees: 800.
- Produces precision machined parts from brass, aluminum and stainless
steel stock for use in our lighting products. Does precision machining
to our die castings as required.
- Primarily supplies low voltage systems and other relevant lighting
applications.
- Maintains specialized inspection equipment including a Tesa microhite
gauge and CMM.
- Provides chemical wash coating and plating, and runs a dust-free
lacquering line for our lighting parts and fixtures.
- Capable of running CPK data and uses 6 sigma for process control.
- Does cold working for glass on-site: jigged drilling, cutting,
polishing, grinding, sandblasting and acid etching.

- Manufacture blown and slumped decorative glass
- Produce single layer bent glass and two layer slumped glass;
"murano style" glass, opal glass, cased glass and seedy glass
- Can blow glass with maximum dimensions of 19"(480mm) diameter and
15.5" (400mm) height
- Capable in acid etching, sand blasting, edge grinding and firing, and
also have extensive cold working capabilities at our main facility in
Panyu.
- Currently have over 800 glass dies in stock, all proprietary to our
customers.

- Produces die castings in aluminum, brass and zinc with die casting
machines sized from 160T to 2000T.
- Assembles die cast HID, low voltage, line voltage and LED luminaires.
- Provides surface finish treatment for die castings to accommodate
different applications.
- Utilizes Wagner powder coating system and RoHs-compliant pretreatment
processes.
- Maintains a fully functional test laboratory on site for raw materials,
process control and finished product testing.
